OPI; I'm Grown For Anything! Gel Review

The OPI Alice Through The Looking Glass Collection include some of my favorite shades out of all the OPI colors. It is the Brights 2016 collection. It's the second Disney Collaboration with Alice In Wonderland and it includes nine different beautiful shades. The "I'm Grown For Anything" shade just came out now in Late April Early May. Isn't is beautiful?!

I wanted a nice neutral shade that wasn't too girly or too dark. My birthday is this weekend and I wanted to have a classy and bright shade to match with whatever outfit I decided to wear. I have acrylics on and my nails are very long so it is easier to chip the polish. That's why I have been using Gel Polish for the last few months and I love it. When I came across this gorgeous lilac shade I was beyond happy.

OPI always has the greatest formula. I never feel as if the ingredients in the nail laquer leave the polish too cakey or thick.  It also paints on smoothly and if you get it on your skin, comes off easily. It also never leaves my nails stained with the yucky yellowish color after having the nail polish on for over 2 weeks sometimes. It's a nice creamy smooth finish that looks absolutely elegant, especially when your nails are semi coffin shaped and long.

One thing I loved about the this shade of purple was that it's more on the white/pink tone rather than more of how the purple shades are normally Blue based shadows. This beautiful light lavender shade is perfect for everyday where. You can where it for day time outings since it is a wonderful spring summer tone. You can also where it at night for a classy sophisticated look.

As I was stating before, I always stick with Gel because the polish will not chip. The nail laquer stays longer. Yes, it is a little more on the pricey side but it is so totally worth it. The paint lasts

What's your favorite gel shade?

    1. Thanks girl! Surprisingly it wasn't my first choice. I wanted something more pink but the color looked terrible, so I just picked this one as a last resort and I am so happy that I did. I love it!!
