Cranberry Eyes & Rebel Lips

We are right towards the end of fall ladies and gents ladies. Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I am ready for Winter and Christmas to come a blazing. This makeup look is perfect for this time of year. Smokiness and purple is all the hype this season. Well, this past weekend, my beautiful Aunt Jackie celebrated her 50th birthday, and I wanted to achieve and perfect a smokey cranberry look for my makeup. Viola... I feel like I totally did.

For the inner crease and eyebrow bones I got my "Too Faced Natural Eyes" eyeshadow palette and used the shade Silk Teddy. It's a beautiful shimmery vanilla color. With hints of shimmer and glitter, it's perfect to bring out the brightness of the eyes.

For the outer eyes and crease, I started off with the base of the whole eye look, the Cranberry shade. I actually purchased this shade a while ago from Forever 21. The name of the shade is Sangria 512. Surprisingly the eye shadow is very pigmented and lasts all night, without leaving any crease lines or clumps of sweat that sometimes may occur with cheap eye shadows.

After applying the base of the cranberry eyeshadow, I wanted the color to pop a bit more so I blended it out on the crease with the shade Factory from the "Urban Decay Naked 3" palette. This gives the eyes the smokey affect. Factory is a beautiful shimmery shade of copper and brown. It's absolutely perfect for fall.

Once the eye shades are to the exact colors I want them to be, I applied the liquid liner from "LA Colors" in Jet Black. It's my favorite eyeliner in all the land! I did a semi dramatic cat eye, but nothing too crazy that It over powers the cranberry shade. Then I applied the mascara. I used "Smashbox Full Exposure" also in Jet Black. I have been using the specific brand for over 3 years, and I don't think I will ever switch.

For the lip liner, I used "Rimmel London Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Liner" in Muave Shimmer. For the whole lip, I used Rebel from "Mac". It is my go to lipstick for every smokey eye look I have done in the last year or so. It's a perfect mix of champagne, sangria, and cranberry with a light hint of purple. It's absolute perfection.

For the face I used my "Maybelline" Fit Me foundation in Buff Beige, and the "Cover Girl Ready Set Gorgeous" in Medium. These two always leave my face flawless.
