Christmas Q & A

The beautiful   C e l e s t e  over at With Love, Celeste, decided to join in on the Christmas Tag fun, but wasn't tagged ): She mixed it up and just did it as a Q & A, which is exactly what I am going to do. I love all these little About Me surveys. They are so fun, especially when it's about Christmas and the holidays. You're more than welcome to steal these Q's and join in on the fun! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays ya'll 🎅🏼!

1. What is your favorite Christmas film?
There are so many good ones out there, but the ones that mean the most to me is "It's a Wonderful Life" and "White Christmas". Both of these films are before I was born, but they are my favorite. I do not go one Christmas without watching them.

2. Have you ever had a white Christmas?
Nope. I've never even seen snow. I stayed in Tennessee once, but it didn't start snowing until after the day we left.

3. Where do you usually spend the holiday?
Christmas Eve we always spend it with extended family. It always turns into this fun Cuban party with La Caja China (where they cook the pig) and salsa music. Christmas day is always just immediate family. We go to church in the mornings and then do a few rounds of Present distributing. The rest of the day we just spend it at the house watching Christmas movies and hanging out.

4. What is your favorite Christmas Song?
There are so many to choose from. My favorite English Christmas song is by NSYNC and it's Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays. My favorite Spanish Christmas song is Feliz Navidad by Jose Feliciano.

5. Do you open any presents on Christmas eve?
We have a tradition in our family that we only open the presents at my godmothers house on Christmas Eve. The whole family, included aunts and uncles and cousins, all pile up in Madrinas house to open up a few gifts. It's always exciting!

6. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer?
Yes. You just sing the song lol.

7. What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?
I'm mostly looking forward to starting new ones. My sisters and I have a few tricks up our sleeve and I can not wait for Christmas Eve to begin them.

8. Is your Christmas tree real or fake.
I have only ever had a real tree once in my lifetime and I was too young to remember. I would love a real tree but a fake one is just easier. You don't have to spend money every year on a new tree. You don't have to worry about a fire hazard always being in the house, and clean up is much simpler. If you want smell they even have a spray that you can put on the tree and it'll smell like real pine. I would love a real tree, but I am content with my fake tree <3

9. What is your all time favorite Holiday food / Sweet Treat?
My favorite food is definitely the delicious pork. Yum! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. As for sweets, it would have to be anything desert. This is the season where it's Ok to get a little chubs because of all the yummy food.

10. Be honest, do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?
In all honestly, the giving is better, especially now that I am older. I am able to really analyze and give out meaningful gifts. My parents and grand parents spoiled my sisters and I every Christmas. Now it's our turn to do the same and then some.

11. What would be your dream place to visit for the Holiday season?
New York. It's first on my list of winter wonderlands. I have never seen snow and I would love for my first time to see it, to be in Central Park. Also some of the greatest Christmas movies, are all set in New York! I went once year during Christmas, but I was only 10 years old. I don't remember much and we were there for only a day!

12. Are you a pro present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?
Not to sound cocky, But I can wrap pretty much anything. I had to wrap a Toy Vacuum for my nephew that did not come in a box, and it came out perfect if I do say so myself.

This was such a fun tag! I hope you all can join in <3

xoxo.
