4Simple Rules...

Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. With everything crazy going on in my life right now, I had a breakthrough. I realized that I need to change a few things about myself. No matter how positive I try to be, I'm honestly not being that positive at all. I need to block all the negativity and just keep moving forward. I need to look at the situation life has thrown at me right now, not as an ending of a horrible chapter, but a beginning of a beautiful strong new story. 

I want to finally discover my true self. Focus on my needs and my wants, let go of the toxicity and poisonous people in my life, and finally get my shit together. Below are 4 simple rules to help you begin to change your life around. 

1. Wake Up Early // I know this seems so minuscule, but it makes a world of a difference. That saying, the early bird gets the worm, could not pertain more to this. The later you stay sleeping in, the more tired your body and brain will actually feel once you do wake up. Waking up early also helps you maintain a healthier diet because you wont skip breakfast and you'll also get more stuff done.

2. Never Go More Than Three Days without Exercise // I hate working out. Absolutely would forgo it if it could. That's one thing I need to change. I need to exercise more and live a healthier lifestyle. Going to the gym or doing any type of exercise 4 to 5 days a week is very crucial for your physical and mental health. Not missing more than three days will keep you on that routine and help you get to your weight loss goal faster!

3. Make Time To Read Everyday // Losing yourself in a great novel or story can be what you need to relieve some stress. It also helps with mental stimulation and memory skills, as well as helps you improve your concentration and focus. Whether it be a romance novel, a self help book, or just an article from todays current events, reading is beneficial in so many ways.

4. Work Harder Than You Think You Did Yesterday // Never stop working to get better. If you tried your hardest yesterday, try harder than that today. Keep working to better yourself, and you will never be dissatisfied.
